I brought my c8 Z06 corvette in for my annual oil change. I was pleased that they immediately covered my carpet and seats with protective covers prior to taking it into the shop. I was expecting to be out in 1-2 hours, however, they were able to close a couple of software recalls so it took longer than expected. The people were friendly and the waiting room was clean and coffee was provided. Overall a pleasant experience.

Scheduled my appointment online and requested a shuttle service. I arrived to drop my vehicle off an hour before my appointment. When I got there I was asked if I would be waiting. I said no. They said they did not have any vehicles they could loan me at the time. I said that was fine as I had requested the shuttle service. The person at the desk over said that this site does not do that anymore. They said they were aware this wasn't a thing, but only found out this morning when they saw my paperwork that people were still able to request a shuttle. Being fully aware I asked for a shuttle and knowing it did not exist, but no one called me before my appointment to let me know. No one apologized. Not once did anyone say they were sorry. Just in different words told me I was SOL and could reschedule for another day. Thankfully someone from the Ford dealership happened to be there and offered to drive me back to work. I started going to this Chevy dealership after some bad experiences in Mount Vernon. This one was convenient because it is 2 min from my work. However, my experiences here have been lacking as well. Additionally, if you did not charge nearly $200 for a diagnostic test, I might have considered having the quoted $3000 of service work done here.

No communication at all, if I want repair status I have to call, 7weeks to supposedly clear sunroof drain and to replace a sunroof motor. Very poor work ethic.

If you are going to schedule a customer for service,you need to adhere to the time and respect your customers time. Took two hours for an oil change.Paperwork stated air was 35 lbs in all tires.Next day got a warning on dash that there were two low tires with 28 lbs pressure. I checked all 4 tires and had to add air to all four.

Went in for an oil change and a diag. for a wheel squeak. Completed oil change and upon the comprehensive check up mechanic there was a miss on cylinder #1. In moving some hoses out of the way, broke a connector so needed to get replacement part. Part was sourced from local O'Reillys. Waited on and on. Parts arrived but needed something else. Waited and waited. Store is only 7 minutes away! Finally got everything back together and I left after 7.5 hours and $900 invoice. The service writer was working up a quote to rebuild my e-brakes and was up to over $3000! Also recommended a brake fluid flush which was also outrageously priced. Your customers cannot afford these horrible parts a labor prices! And how about a loaner car if one needs to leave a vehicle? I was stranded in the lobby from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm. I have been a loyal customer of this dealership for over 13 years and now I may look into some independent auto shops. Wake up!!!

They did a great job, and I really appreciate the quality of the service. My only concern was the wait time. I was told it would take about an hour to an hour and a half, but we ended up being there for two hours. I scheduled the oil change online and probably should have called ahead to confirm how long it typically takes. If I had known it would be closer to two hours, I would have arranged to drop off the truck and come back later. Overall, I’m thankful for the good work — just wanted to share that feedback regarding the timing.
